Isabelle Mathieu, Senior Construction Manager

Isabelle received her Bachelor degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering) from Stevens Institute of Technology and has focused her entire career on construction management and investment feasibility inspections. She was a principal at Levien-Rich Associates for 10 years where she managed the Los Angeles office and provided construction oversight services for a variety of West Coast commercial and multi family residential projects. She developed an expertise in Property Condition Assessment Reports on behalf of lenders and investors.

As Vice President of Construction for Bond Companies, Isabelle managed the design and construction of the Oakland California Whole Foods Market which required mitigation of historic, environmental and entitlement issues. She also provided pre-construction feasibility budgeting, constructability review and entitlement services for a 475 unit mixed use development in Chinatown Los Angeles.

Currently, Isabelle works with developers and financial institutions assisting with construction budgeting and feasibility on a wide variety of commercial, multifamily and industrial construction projects.
