  • Negotiated GMP AIA construction agreement
  • Performed extensive value engineering to reduce cost with minimal impact on design intent
  • Assisted to evaluate alternate building systems such as: exterior decorative cladding, HVAC systems and glazing to reduce costs
  • Advised on selection of subcontractors after review of bids and qualifications
  • Assisted General Contractor with staffing and mobilization
  • Assisted Owner to obtain insurance coverage and incorporate insurance coverage language into construction agreement
